J&R Schugel is hiring Midwest-based drivers to join their regional fleet. J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers who are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE-OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve.

Benefits :
- Industry-leading pay structure : earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay accessorial pay
- Earn an estimated $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- Get home every week, or choose to stay out every other week to earn even more
- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week
- Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
- $1,000 transition bonus

Requirements :
- Minimum age of 21
- Must have at least 6 months of experience
